I spent most of the night putting together my new template for the site. I was inspired by WordPress.org and how simple it is. I had to add the unnecessary shine and text-shadow that I’ve become addicted to. I looked for a bunch of icons but just have started creating my own. If you have an opinion let me know what you think so far. I’m going to try and design every element out before I start coding. I usually do half of it and then start coding.
First Night of Template Design
This song is a classic by Armin van Buuren a Dutch musician. You have probably heard some of his stuff before but didn’t realize it was him. This song is one of those songs that doesn’t get old to me and you may have heard it before. Armin has topped the list of the prestigious DJ Top 100 for the last 3 years. He’s that good.
I don’t know much about NEXX so I decided to check out what I think is their site. I guess that NEXX is a pop/dance trio from Sweden and consist of Johanna “Jo” Eriksson, Robert Skowronski and Sebastian Zelle. To find out more about them go to NEXX’s site. Another Swede like Basshunter. I like the way this music video is and the song. The video really kind of dances with the music. Not necessarily the people in the video but the video itself. I found it interesting.
This a cool video that a guy I work with showed me. Come to find out it appears to be from Romania. Oh how I like the European music. What do you think about this video?
I was looking for some new stuff and came across this video. The video is pretty cool, but it’s cool to hear songs like this in different languages. For me it’s not necessarily about the words as much as it is about the way things sound. This song sounds awesome even though I have no idea what they are saying. What do you guys think?
This song has been in my head all night. I woke up and it was stuck in my head this morning. There is something about it that I really like. I think it’s the whole “BLACKOUT BLACKOUT BLACKOUT” part. Let me know what you think.
I’m a huge Basshunter fan. This is his latest song. He looks much older in this video. I think this could end up getting some play once it’s officially released. I’ll have to try and nag the local radio station. I love Euro-Dance music.
OK so the first video I decided to post was this brand new video I found with Aylar singing. You gotta read her blog post about “I’m Persian but I’m Also Norwegian“. She has been through a lot. You may recognize her from a few Basshunter videos. I like the song a lot. Very catchy. I think her voice is very catchy. Ocean Drive you did a great job too.
